IHEI → Brand Identity





2024 Indigenous Health Equity Institute (IHEI) is a newly formed Indigenous Matriarch-led non-profit based in Portland, OR that is dedicated to advancing Health Justice using the power of Indigenous values, science and wisdom. IHEI approached us with a request to center their logo using the strawberry plant as a core concept. The strawberry plant and the knowledge that it holds is also reflected in the values of IHEI. The design itself is symmetrically centered with an emphasis on Earth and life, while yet, acknowledging the universe above with the added elements of the Pleiades star cluster, also known as the Seven Sisters.
